We got our *** we called for a tire alignment *** and they told us we had just gotten the vehicle it shouldn't need done but it does and they said it wouldn't be covered but we need the alignment and we feel we shouldn't be charged for it. It's *** now and we still haven't gotten the alignment. On *** they want us to bring the *** in and get one and gave us an estimated price of $*** plus tax but we have only had the vehicle a little over a month and feel we should not be charged but they disagree

The business fixed the problem and much more and was very professional
My son is currently active duty Army at ***. Needing a vehicle I agreed to CO sign. He went to Briggs auto in *** were *** explained to him they can get everything approved and send paperwork to me to sign later. My son has my info yet the paperwork I got listed me as buyer, NOT CO SIGN. They put me at my address living years. I own my home *** years. Work at same *** more than years. They made up things on app. My *** year old son was not explained numbers and was going to be charged almost $*** for gap insurance, $*** for key replacement, $*** for select 2 (no clue what this is) and ETCH $***. They took a kid and ran with it. My biggest complaint is trying to run loan as me being the buyer, NOT CO SIGNER. I agreed to none of that. They took my info, made up info and were charging fees and by time car was done financed, total was more than $***. Retail is only $***. I feel they stole my identity trying to get me to sign as buyer. I had my son return car. I'm signing nothing and this company hurt my credit by running it over in multiple banks.
Correction to a credit report They run my credit info through multiple banks. I want this taken off credit reports.
I was able to interview the Business Manager that was responsible for trying to complete the deal. His name is *** and this is his response: "*** father, *** agreed to co-sign on his son's auto loan for a ***. When his father received the loan paperwork, he called in stating he was not signing, and sending the documents back because he was not willing to be listed on the auto loan as the "primary buyer." We explained to him how this bank approval worked, and that he must be listed first because of his credit history vs his son's lack of credit history. We explained that he was no more, and no less responsible for this auto loan than he would be if he was listed second on the loan. We explained how it would appear on each of their credit bureaus, and that it would show a "C" for co-signed loan vs "I" for individual auto loan. I'm uncertain if he didn't believe what he was told, or if he was second guessing whether or not he wanted to co-sign for the loan. *** (the son) was not upset when he left, and seemed to understand what we explained to him about his father needing to be listed first on the loan."Please let me know if you need any further information on this.

I called the business and they never spoke to me. I left two or three voicemails but never spoke to anyone but a seceratary . No one from this company spoke with me at anytime before or after complaint. No one ask me directly for my info or explain anything to ME. They told my son I was co buyer but once I got paperwork I was listed as buyer. I called yet never spoke with anyone envolved with sales or manager.
I apologize for any kind of miscommunication on our part. These deals where the other buyer is out of state are always more difficult than when both buyers are present.
