Bridgewater at MT. Zion Apartments

I have made several attempts to get a matter resolved it has been 16 days since the air at my apartment has went out. They said they are waiting for a warranty part to come in but no movement. We have 3 bedrooms and window fan only cools one part of the house off, the living room. I have purchased fans for the other parts of the home and will not be refunded. I sent emails and no answers. The management company is a joke.
