Bridgeline CRE

I recently was in the market for a new apartment in the Philadelphia area and found a unit through Bridgeline CRE Realty. After multiple issues with negotiations and leasing, a deal for the apartment I was interested in fell through. This was after I had paid an application fee, and put down a security deposit. When I had decided to move on from this opportunity, I requested my security deposit be refunded (of $1775) but was told that I could not get it back because "that's just not how that works." You can guarantee I will be looking into legal action to get my money back for an apartment I never lived in, and I would never recommend working with this business to anyone looking for a new home.
