I was billed $94.97 for the "Free offer" "Only pay shipping and handling." Upon seeing the charge that was not authorized for the monthly subscription
Contacted customer service at 877-624-4372 requesting to cancel and be refunded the $94.97 dollars debt'ed from my account, was told, "No you should have called to cancel within the 14 days." This to me is unacceptable business practice and a serious scam being flooded to the consumer. Asked representative if there was anything I could do to be reimbursed the amount I wasn't aware would be automatically removed from my account, was told no.
