This company constantly mails letters soliciting their business at least twice a year to my home address. I have called and emailed asking them to stop doing so the last 3 years to no avail. They address the letters, *** OR CURRENT RESIDENT". *** passed away 15 years ago.
We have deleted this address from our files. Mr. was a longtime customer of ours and we were unaware that he was no longer living there . We have several addresses in our data base that change names annually and most of the time new customers change the name on the service agreement if they are interested and others just disregard. We don't like to delete the address from our data base as we lose contact with the address.

In reply to Mr L response to my complaint to remove my address from the mailing list of Brick Township Heating and Air Conditioning, no one at this address has ever been a customer of this company. My parents' were the first residents at this address, have long deceased. I do not want mail from them soliciting for their business under any heading such "Our neighbors At", "Our Friends At", "Current Resident" or any heading using my name or otherwise. Please ask them to refrain from any such mail to this address. If I should want their services in the future I will contact them. Nothing personal.

WARNING: Stay ay from contacting or thinking of utilizing Brick Township Heating & Air Conditioning, I have lived in the Toms River/Brick area for over 30 years and I have never experienced such an unfriendly, no communication, non-outcome and poorly organized service company as this pathetic one, they truly have no clue how to provide an HVAC service to our community, here is my chronology of events:
- May 31: Contacted BTH & AC for a service call as I was unable to operate my furnace in either a cooling or heating mode
- June 1: Service Tech arrived in afternoon and performed some system diagnostics and we discovered the furnace blower motor was defective
- June 2: I sent BTH & AC an image of the furnace plate info to assist them when ordering a replacement blower motor
- June 7: I called BTH & AC for a status on the replacement blower motor, the receptionist had no clue what I was taking about, she could not find the Service Ticket and I was not in their system, no one got back to me.
- June 11: Again called BTH & AC, the receptionist could not find my Service Details and indicated she did not think the new blower motor had been delivered
- June 13:Called BTH & AC, receptionist indicated that she found my Service Ticked on the desk of the owner namely Craig L, she will leave a message for him to contact me, he never contacted me probably due to him being too busy, too important and simply cannot be bothered to contact a local community customer like myself
- June 18: As of this date there has been absolutely no communication from BTH & AC and myself, I have now been without the use of my AC since June 1, the service tech cut all the electrical wires to the blower motor. As a last resort and due to the 90f + temp on June 18, 2018 I was able to purchase from a local supplier a replacement generic blower motor and install it, thank g-d I have the professional knowledge and skills to accomplish this, I now have AC without any thanks to BTH & AC who really do not give a dam about providing a service to us locals in our community.
This company Brick Township Heating & Air Conditioning can rot in hell and I hope some of you will be guided by my current experience with them, even if you have a true HVAC emergency, avoid this company like the plague.
