3:05 pm 06/16/17 Complaint has been closed as resolved.Called consumer, advised her that a business response was just emailed to her.Consumer said she was going to call us because she did hear from [redacted], she said her car is at the police dept right now but she does accept [redacted] (from the business) offer to help her with the car.The consumer said she was okay with us closing the complaint as resolved.
