Don't always rely on reviews! Took my son's JROTC uniform for its weekly cleaning, mind you this is maybe the second time ever using a dry cleaning service. They are very close to my house so I figured, why not. The lady who accepted my uniform and payment was great, however the issues arose when I came back the following day for my items. So I had gotten off work, picked my boys up, and at approx 1630 I figured I would pick up the uniform. I sent in my oldest son (14) to retrieve his uniform since it was already paid for and it was his uniform. He gets to the counter and upon presenting his ticket, he was told to come back in afew hours because the items were not ready. Being a child that was raised with manners he accepted this response with out question. He comes back to the car and informs me of the response. I find it highly unusual since I was told to be back before 1700 the following day for the completion of my items. So I decided to enter the establishment and retrieve my items. I enter, I speak with a young lady at the counter, and request my items. After 15 mins of the employees searching, they find it. I inquire as to why my son was told the items where not ready when literally asked for them moments before me. I get a blank stare. If the items where "lost" so be it. I would not of had an issue waiting for them to find it. The issue I have is with the deceitfulness of the employees towards a child. Why could they not of just told him they needed time to find it? I got my items but I would NEVER do business with a dishonest company such as this again. Sadly, with the multiple JROTC uniforms that NEED to be dry cleaned, I would of loved to have been a loyal customer. Huge disappointment ????
