Order a case over a month ago only to receive it yesterday and it’s nowhere near close to the case we ordered! Reached out to them via instagram with absolutely no response !! Do Not Waste Your Time Or Money With Them!!!
Ordered "Feed Me" phone case for iPhoneXR on 12/20/19. Received an email 12/26/19 stating shipping label had been printed. No tracking information since. I have emailed the company twice (as there is no other contact method offered) asking for either delivery or refund, but have received no response. Order placed 4 weeks ago.
I ordered a phone case from this company and received an email stating the shipping tag was issued waiting on pick up. No tracking was ever received nor was the case. After numerous emails no one has responded
Sham business!! Ordered 2 cases and 1 charger. 1 case was wrong and received no charger. Orig. order place in Nov., hadn’t received weeks later. Order shipped only after I initiated updates from usps and sent email to business. Did not receive til after Xmas. Multiple emails, FB messages, messenger messages, and voice message - no response at all. Many complaints with Revdex.com - same problems I had with over 100 other customers. Isn’t there a way to have this business shut down?!
I order 5x champ phone case two week ago got my order christmas I got wrong and noone will response to my email about order that bad business
I ordered a “GOAT” case for an iPhone 6/6s and instead I received a different case for a different type of phone that does not fit mine. I have emailed them, messaged them on social media, and left comments asking to be addressed upon their Instagram. They have ignored all attempts to reach them and they have deleted my comments. I am currently left without the money I paid and with a phone case that I have no use for.
I ordered an iphone case from Athletic Cases on Dec 9th. 2 days later, I received an email that my order was being shipped and I even got an UPS tracking number. When I look at the status on UPS website, it says that the package was not picked up and when I look at the location of the package, it's still at Athletic Case business adress. Nothing has moved since Dec 11th.
I have sent 2 emails asking about the whereabouts of my order with no response, I have sent a text message to the number that texted me that my package left and I did not get any answer back either. Obviously my credit card was billed. There is no
customer service number on their website. There is no way to contact them directly. With the number of complaints on that company, something needs to be done, 115 complaints at a minimum of 40US$ each, that's a lot of money that was stolen.
I placed an order and three weeks later still haven’t received my case. I have the email stating a label was created with USPS and nothing else. I would like to get my money back or the item.
Don't use this company! My son saved his money to buy a Steph Curry case. Finally received it after 2 weeks and it was the wrong case! I can't get anyone to call me back or email me back. So dissapointed in the lack of customer service.
I ordered a phone case from the business Athletic Cases. I received an email that my order was being shipped on October 21st. I have sent 3 emails asking about the whereabouts of my order with no response. It’s now November 16th. There is no customer service number on their website. After looking on the internet for a way to contact the company I realized that they have many customer complaints. Unfortunately I have no way to contact them to find out if I will ever receive my order or to get my money back. This is the only Christmas present that my son asked for and I have a strong feeling that it will never arrive and I will not receive a refund.
I ordered a phone case from Athletic Cases on Oct 17 as a gift for someone. The item was delivered Oct 25 and it was not what I had ordered. I have tried reaching out to the company 3 times to resolve this with no response (Nov 5, 7 & 11). I can find no other way to contact this company other than an email address listed on the 'About Us' page.
On 8/31/19 I ordered a phone case for an iPhone 6S for my grandson (order #***). The next day my grandson told me he needed a 5S iPhone case. Deciding I would return the first one when it arrived, I ordered the 5S on 9/1/19 (order #***). Both cases arrived on 9/9/19 - both were a 6S. I have emailed the business 3 times, the only contact information on their website. There is no address on any of the packaging or their website, although it indicates on their website they are located in Seattle. I had to search to find the information to file this complaint.
I ordered two cases on August 22, 2019. Got a text on August 27, 2019 saying a shipping label was printed. I have tracked this shipment and no update. Still shows only a label was printed. I have emailed several times questioning where the items are. Via regular email and also on Facebook messenger thru their fb page. I have not heard a single thing back.
I ordered “The Catch” phone case from this website on 7/27/29 with additional 2-3 day shipping so that it would arrive by 8/4/19 in order for me to gift it to someone close to me on their birthday. The case did not arrive until 8/5/19. That was not a huge deal to me, I didn’t want to start a problem so I just went with it. However, when the product arrived at my home, I opened it to find that I was sent the correct case but in the wrong size. I ordered the case in the IPhone 7 size but I was sent the case in the size Iphone 6/6s. I then went back and reviewed my order to confirm that it was not a error on my part and when I reviewed my order information, I saw that I did correctly order the case in the correct size and $35.00 was deducted from my bank account. I immediately emailed the company on 8/5/19 when I received the case. I waited four days, still with no answer so I the. emailed them again on 8/9/19, without answer.
I ordered a phone case and it didn't come and I saw some reviews and this weak *** company scammed and all the others me out my money it's said 2 days shipping and still didn't come.
I ordered 2 cases from Athletic Cases on 07/10 and it was a priority shipping. I have yet yet to receive them even though my card was charged.
Athletic send me the wrong case. I want to disputed. This been going on since April 14, 2019. Athletic case took forever to send me the item it this was a gift for someone. I email them a lot of time they never respond to me. I called the post office and they said it still at athletic case place they told me to contact and let know relase the item and I told the post office they said to call your card company and tell them. I email still no respond. They finally send out the item I received the item. Athletic case send me the wrong item . I order one Stephen curry best shooter x1 and Kevin Durrant the scorer x1 I didn't get the Kevin Durant I received Russell Westbrook. They send the wrong case I email athletic case and still I didn't hear back. I have all my proof on what I order and all the email that I wrote to them too with no respond. I would like a full respond. They should go out of business. I want my problem solve. They are not nice people. It not right what they did this gift was for a kid. The kid is very hurt. It not right what they did.
I have ordered a case through their website, and a charger as well, which put me at about $30. They said the products would be delivered within 5-8 days, and it has been over 8 days, and the product has not yet arrived.
I had to chose a star but this company deserves negative stars! Orders two phone cases about a month ago. Was sent a tracking # that shows up as to being shipped. Emailed the company and have gotten no response. Tried calling customer service and get no answer. Went on their *** page and made a comment and got blocked. They steal your money and don't send you anything. Buyer BEWARE!
I am a customer from Hong Kong. I ordered for a iphone XS case (item: "GOAT", Order no: ***) in Apr 8, 2019. The company delivered a wrong item to me in Apr 27, 2019. When I got the wrong product, I immediately sent the e-mail to the Athletic Cases to ask for an exchange. However, I cannot receive any reply after three times of inquiries via e-mail (Apr 27, May 4, May 14). Therefore, I fully believe that the company ignored my request deliberately.
