DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! It's a scam. I ordered a smart oven air on 7/28/2020 and never received the oven. I received an email from the company saying they would email me when it was shipped, I sent them several emails asking for a shipping date, no response. I called the several times and no answer just goes to a google voicemail. I paid through paypal and have opened a dispute, I also contacted UPS, they told me the item was delivered to me on 8/4/2020 but it went to a different address with a different name, but because it does not have my name on the package UPS cannot give me information to prove to Paypal that I never received it. Disgusted and angry.

This "company" is completely bogus! The phone number is a Nevada number. The address is a *** in Clermont, FL

Ordered a Breville Smart Air Oven and never received it. Paid through PayPal - when I didn't receive the merchandise, I petitioned PayPal for reimbursement. My claim was denied because this company "proved" with a tracking number that I HAD received the merchandise! The "tracking" number was also bogus - the weight of the listed package was less than 7 pounds - the oven weighs nearly 40. And I never received anything!

Thoroughly disgusted.

I purchased a toaster oven from https://brevilleworld.com on July 19, 2020. I paid using my credit card via ***. I received a confirmation with order#8112 and that the order was being processed. I then received an email saying the order was on-hold until they received confirmation of payment, which I thought was odd. The charge cleared my account on 7/21/2020. It has been a week and I've not heard anything from them. When I went to their website to look for a customer service number, I thought the website looked odd. There was very little information. There was a customer service number. When I called it, the number was a*** number and no one answered. There was also an email address, [email protected]. I emailed this address and received an error that this is an undeliverable address. On further inspection of my credit card account, the *** charge went to "***" with a phone number, ***. The email address associated with that is [email protected]. I started looking into this website more and it seems that it is not very old and has not been verified by many scam sites. I believe this is a scam.
