Did not see contractual stump removal/grinding done to completion. Too many loose ends. Brian promised several times to "throw in" high end malibu lights. Never saw the lights. Royal palms arrived with fungus which required treatment from local tree service. Walkway pavers broken and shifted by stump driver, yet Brian kept blowing us off when we asked him to send somewhat out to reset pavers. Irrigation sub-contractor soaked our $5000 plasma tv in garage. Brian said he'd replace with a new tv, but delivered a used tv from his home. Irrigation subcontractor overwatered new sod for first two months and it developed fungus, then went AWOL on us. Brian sloppily painted existing mailbox which was never requested by me, which required a replacement post and box. This young company only leases warehouse space. It does not have a dedicated office location. Buyer beware. Confirm the farm where trees are being purchased from and check their reputation. Brian talks a good game and promises the moon, but follow-through is another story. Wouldn't recommend.

After much research I decided to hire Brevards Best Tree Service to replace my old weeded St. Augustine grass with Zoysia sod. Owner Brian arrived as scheduled and took detailed measurements. The next day he provided me with a very fair price for a complete job. Two days later a large crew arrived with professional equipment and removed my lawn 2" below grade. They then put down top soil and leveled it. Next day the crew installed 3,000 sq.ft. of Palasides zoysia sod, applied appropriate fertilizers and power washed the sidewalks. The following day a technician came and adjusted/replaced all sprinkler heads and set the timer. A representative from Blanchard Lawn Service has come twice to check progress and apply additional nutrients.
There was no additional cost beyond the original estimate. My lawn is now the showplace of the neighborhood which is one block from the ocean.
