My landlord Mark B [redacted] has purchased a fridge and a stove from dyes appliances the next morning once I plug the fridge in and it got warm I had cockroaches crawling out of the shell that refrigerator I called dies they said they did not have cockroaches here all that guy sells is roach infestation appliances my fiance's a diabetic I've been trying to get ahold of dies my landlord has been trying to get ahold of died and they're not returning my phone calls

The primary nature of my complaint is in regards to Kathy D** I also would like to get a refund is possible, however im sure I will never see that moneyFirst of all, I called on 7/27/to ask about purchasing a portable dishwasherShe advised me they indeed had one and that it was I didnt have the money that day and I told her that I would call back to put it on holdShe said it was to hold it and I could pay the remaining when I had itSo, on 07/29/i called and used my credit card to put the item on hold and I called back on 08/04/and paid the remaining I didnt see the dishwasher in person before I purchased it because I was not able to make it out to Lorain, I live in ElyriaSo, she agreed to send me a picture of it via text messageI received it and said it looked oldplease make sure it works and doesnt leaki made very clear that I lived in an apartment and I couldnt have it leak or flood because im on the second floorI also
