Review: After purchasing a month of unlimited car washes for $19.99 from the Brea Express Car Wash in November 2012, I was surprised to discover that after the month was over I was continuing to be charged.I didn't discover this until after the holidays. I went into the gas station that hosts the car wash and explained that I wanted to be dropped from the plan. No one knew what to do, so I left a message. I did this periodically for a few months. I never heard from anyone. It wasn't until March 2013 that I happened to catch someone that knew how to terminate my prepaid car washes. Happily I walked out of the gas station with my ticket that I had indeed discontinued the plan...finally. Skip now to March 2014. We had received a fraud alert on one of our credit cards. Listed on the alert was Brea Express Car Wash for $19.99. What!?! So, I went back through all of our credit card statements and saw that we had been charged $19.99 since April 2013. I went back to the car wash/gas station and told the attendant what happened. Of course no one knew what to do. I left my name, phone number and a copy of the ticket that I had "discontinued" the unlimited car wash plan.I have yet to hear back from anyone at Brea Express Car Wash regarding this issue. How many others has this happened to? And they're opening another location in Newport Beach to rip off more people.Desired Settlement: I contacted my credit card company back in March 2012 and was credited the $19.99 for that month. I won't ask to be reimbursed for the months of December 2012 through February 2013.That's on me, even though it wasn't clearly explained to me that this was an ongoing charge. The credit card company has recently refunded us for the months from November 2013 through March 2014.I would like a refund of $139.93 for April 2013 through October 2013, the rest of the months that we were wrongly charged.
