Review: I ordered 4 bottle of conditioner from this company. I received the shipment, but the product was no good- it was discolored and the texture was a lot thicker than it has been in the past. I tried to contact them by phone, but a recording said that they only take email inquiries now. I've emailed them multiple times for a refund, and have not gotten a response back. There does not seem to be any way to get in touch with this company, and they are shipping what seems to be spoiled product.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund for all 4 bottles I purchased.
