Brax Pest Control

On9/18/17 I was contacted by phone By CBI Collections in Nampa. They stated they had sent me 2 notices that I had been turned over to their collection agency, and why had I not responded. I had no idea what they were talking about. I asked who had turned me over and they informed me it was Brax Pest Control. I ask to have invoices or information sent to me she told me it had been sent twice and I would have to pick them up in Nampa. After that conversation ended, I called CBI as that is the agency my employer uses. I spoke with Shamicha told her who I was and gave her our business account number and then the reason for my call. She took all my information, said to let her check on it and she would get back with me. She called the next day saying they had been trying to contact Brax for copies and would let me know when they received them. I called every day to see what the status was. Today 9/26/17 I called and someone else answered I left a message for her. She did call back later and said they had finally received the information and she was mailing it to me and agreed to send it to my place of work as I had not received notices when mailed to my home. She did say it was for an invoice dated in December 2016. I told her that I remembered coming home from work finding a paper in the screen door stating Brax pest control had been to my home and sprayed. I called the contact number for Brax pest on the notice they left in my door that day and left a message to call me as I was unsure how or why they would spray the exterior of my home for spiders since we had so much snow on the ground at that time. My property had 3-4 feet of snow. Their were no foot prints or signs of anyone being on my property. A week later someone called and I told him I did not believe they had sprayed and verbally disputed the charge. He told me I would pay it. The call ended. I never heard anything after that conversation, until CBI called demanding payment. I have called Brax several times since w/ no return call.
