Brave Top Roofing

On June 3rd, 2019 Brave Top Roofing stripped and shingled our roof (including our carport roof)with *** shingles.
The amount was $6,554.00. We paid it in full and the bill states there is a ten year warranty.
After the job was completed we had leaks at our skylights which are located on our carport roof. He recommended replacing the skylights on our carport because repairing it with caulking didn't solve the problem. On June 28th, 2019 we had *** replace all three skylights for the sum of $1,356.00 which we paid in full. The problem now is that for months we have had leaks at the skylights and at the soffits. This has occurred ever since he replaced the skylights. He tried to repair it since but it is still leaking. He did not install the windows according to the manufacturer's instructions (for *** windows)
We have made numerous attempts by phone and e-mails to get *** to come over and repair the leaks at the soffits and skylights on our carport roof. Just two days ago he told us on the phone that he would come over the afternoon of Friday, October 18th to repair the roof. He failed to show up and didn't even phone. We would like the carport roof repaired properly so there are no leaks.
