Laughing. The response by Braun's Roofing is almost a joke. As I (and others on the web) have pointed out, the standard response from this company is "we are working on it". As best as I can figure, this means that they think if they keep on responding as such, the dissatisfied customer will go away and they will keep a totally undeserving rating from the Revdex.com.Appropriate responses might include:(1) A call from the owner explaining things(2) An acknowledgment that the customer service is terrible and a plan for how make better.
