Review: I bought 2 motor coach bus tickets back in April of 2013. My hubby and I wanted to go to Mitchell Airport in Milwaukee for our flight to Fla in July. I was told that there would be a bus at the Brat Stop at 5:55am to take us to the airport. We had a 8:35 departure so we needed to get to the airport on time. We arrived at the Brat Stop early. A motorcoach arrived and the driver got off. He asked us what airport we were going to. We told him Mitchell. The driver told us that he was going to O'Hare and the bus we needed to take would be at the Brat Stop around 7:30am. We were upset because we did not want to miss our flight and we knew we were misinformed . We had to get back in our car and we drove to Mitchell. We had to park the car there for the week we were going to be gone. When we came back to Mitchell we had to pay $96.00. The day we parked the car at the airport we were very upset so we forgot to write down where the car was parked. The day we came back to Mitchell we had to spend a lot of time looking for the car. This extra time caused our parking bill to go up.Desired Settlement: We feel that the money we had to pay to park at The Brat Stop should be refunded as well as the parking garage charge .

customer purchased a Parking Permit from The Brat Stop on April 20,
2013 for travels from 7/5-7/12 for the amount of $25.00. This complaint
is the first we are aware that there was a problem.
The Brat Stop is only a
bus stop for Coach USA, we do not have nor sell tickets for the bus
line. The customer mentioned that they purchased tickets online, which
would have been through Coach USA. I have attached a copy of the bus
schedule with pick up hours. Daily to Mitchell Airport, first scheduled
pick up in Kenosha is at 7:30 am. not 5:55am as stated. The Milwaukee scheduled pick up is 5:55am but is from Milwaukee to Chicago.
We in turn do not have a
problem refunding the customers money for parking at The Brat Stop in
the amount of $25.00 and would have done so if we where aware of the
problem or situation. As far as refunding for parking at Mitchell
Airport, we are not responsible for the error.

Hello Revdex.com, I have not heard back from the company. I hope that this matter can be resolved in a fair manner soon. I was mislead on the phone about the airport motor coach arrival and destination. I was told the bus that arrives at The Brat Stop would take us to Mitchell Airport at 5:55am. When I talked to this person on the phone I told them that I had to get to Mitchell Airport early since my flight left at 8:30am. When the bus arrived at The Brat Stop the driver asked us what airport we were going to. We told him Mitchell and he told us he was going to O' Hare . We had to get into our car and drive to Mitchell. It cost us $96.00 to get our car out of the parking lot. We were so upset when we arrived at Mitchell that we forgot to write down where the car was parked. This caused us to spend a lot of time walking around the garage looking for the car. By the time we found the car etc we had to pay for one more day.

Attached
is a copy of the customers parking permit with customers signature, the
date purchased and the dates that the car was to be left at our
facility. The permit was purchased in April for July parking. Again we
do not have a problem refunding the $25.00 the customer paid to park
here. As far as what was paid at Michell Airport we are not responsible
for those fees. Bus schedules are available at our facility and on the
web page for the bus company. We receive hundreds of calls with
questions about parking and the bus schedule and this is the first
complaint we have ever had. We apologize to the client and will refund
the $25.00.
