Brar Airport Town Car Service

My wife and I were put on a list for a shuttle with Brar airport town car service to take us to our cruise ship from our hotel. We were waiting in the lobby and shuttles were coming and going, the other drivers were calling names for their pick up. We found out that our shuttle had come and gone, the driver never called out names. To their credit they did send a van to pick us up 20 minutes later.
Before we left the shuttle to catch our cruise ship we asked if we could set up a ride back. The driver gave us a number to call and said we were to call them 1 hour before we needed to be picked up. We came back from our cruise, called the number, left a message on a voice mail and never received a return call. Good thing for cab or my wife and I would have been stranded.
I would encourage you to shop around before using this dog and pony show.
