New well was drilled and our water is orange, and nothing has been done about it.
Branton Brothers drilled our well for over $4,225, bill date was 8/24/17, which we paid cash for. Our water is no good, it's incredibly orange and looks like swamp water. It's turned our laundry a disgusting orange and we can't even drink our water. The first time we called (around the weekend of Hurricane Irma) they told us to let the water run. It was run for two full weekends. We contacted again and the secretary said they'd call us, and they never did. We called Friday before thanksgiving, and never got a return call. Then the week before Christmas, he called back and said he'd come back the week after Christmas, he still has never showed and it's now the last day of February. Called again in early February and got no return call once again. Out of the 5 times we have called, he has spoken to us twice, and the secretary the other three times. The man we spoke to twice is

We have talked to homeowner and have taken steps to rectify the situation. We installed a iron filter on well due to iron in water. The homeowner said this has fixed the problem and the water is clear now.
