Sold un-usable insurance
Brandywine travel sold me a travel package with insurance. Mammie insured me that I would be able to receive 100% refund if needed. When I cancelled my trip, I was unable to receive 100% refund. I was sold a product and told specifically how I could use it. This is not the case. Brandywine is responsible for misleading me on a product that did not do what I was guaranteed it would and I am asking for a FULL reimbursement.
Full refund of the entire trip.
We have asked *** to complete the information required by the insurance company so the claim can be accepted or denied. To date she has not done that. Until *** completes the claim we do not feel any responsibility for further action.

I have completed the form the insurance company asked. As a business owner you should feel responsibility for any product you sell.
