Worst customer service I ever experienced. Brought my car to this dealership on Friday to get motor mounts fixed, picked the car up Saturday. When I got in my car the battery light was on, when I inquired about it, I was told that the light was on prior to bringing the car there (it was not). My clock was wrong in the car (obviously they jumped the car there). On my way home, the car broke down on a busy highway. Come to find out, they disconnected my alternator and never hooked it back up right. Went to the dealership today and the general manager said they never touch the alternator (I had pictures of the cables disconnected). They also drove my car around for 15miles and gave it back with the gas light on (pictures of that as well). Normally, I would have ignored that. My main grief is the fact my car broke down on a busy highway after driving off their lot. They had no concern for my safety. What kind of customer service is that? And then they lied! The general manager’s response was “Well, mam what would you like me to do? Don’t come back here then.” This was not my first issue with this dealership (the dealership I bought my car at) They replaced a fan in my engine a couple months ago and broke my coolant hose and when they were asked about it, the service manager said “Any hose will leak of you touch it.” Meanwhile coolant was leaking all over my car. If I didnt catch that and the car over heated or caught fire, they would have blamed me. I thought I was doing the right thing buying from a dealer and having my car worked on there, BIGGEST MISTAKE I ever made was doing business with them and the only time they even get back to you is when you leave a bad review or threaten to put them on blast. Please DO NOT make the same mistake I did.
I went to the service department after scheduling an appointment to have my recalls taken care of. When I got there they tried to charge me $100 even though it was supposed to be free and they told me that they probably couldn't even do it that day, so they completely wasted my time and tried to charge me for something that I wasn't supposed to be charged for.
I took my 2017 Jeep on for Service gor check engine light. They insisted on cleaning the throttle. When Pick up car 2 hour later. Car skipping, misfiring. and check engine light returns on . I took car back. They told me I broke a cylinder. Cat has 44400 miles No problems prior. The accused me of breaking this cylinder near the throttle. After several call. They fixed their issue. But still accusing the customer of their error
We asked why thermostat replaced they swear the error on diagnostic showed that problem. But did not show the 2nd issue of cylinder. Of course It did not it was not broke or burned out at first. They were rude. Dishonest. I feel they fixed what was not covered by warranty.. 1st my car was running great. Check engine lone was on like 2 days. I put in shop immediately. They are truly customer focused.
Very disappointing staff. Paid for truck and did not receive truck for a week after it was paid. We were told the truck camera was being installed in back but it was actually off site and took a week to be complete. The truck was supposed to be detailed and have floor mats when we picked it up. The truck had to be returned as no detailing was done and the mats were missing. Additionally the windshield wipers were not working well and they charged US ANOTHER $45 for new wipers.
TOTALLY DISAPPOINTED!! My engine locked up on my 2009 Jeep Liberty and was told by this dealer that it had to be replaced which would have cost well over $1,000 dollars. Since all the service was done by this dealer we didn't understand how the engine just all of a sudden lock up. We contacted Jeep corporate who had them replace the engine at no cost with a two year warranty. Well it 's been close to a year since it was replaced and now the engine is shaking so I took it back to them and was told before they could look into it, I would have to pay $240 for diagnostic!! The engine is under a two year warranty so why should I have to pay for something that is under warranty? I feel like they are trying to get money any way possible for replacing the engine. Extremely dissatisfied!!!
When I purchased my vehicle, the sales person showed me a part which would save me fuel, for an additional cost. I purchased the part from them. After two weeks, they installed the part. I immediately noticed it used more fuel. It did not save fuel.
After two weeks, to make sure it really did not do what they said, I took it back and asked them to take the part and refund my money. They refused.
Today, I tried again, to have them refund my money. The dealership owner refused, claimed that I was at fault, and called me a liar.

We have spoken to Mr *** on numerous occasions about this and have told him that special order parts are not returnable. He states that he was told this would enhance his MPG but he fails to state he was told that this part would increase horsepower and could increase his MPG. A quick google search of "does a cold air intake increase MPG" results in articles that agree it can increase MPG and does increase horsepower by an enriched air to fuel mixture. There are many factors in MPG eg driving habits , use of remote start and such. Regardless special order parts are not returnable.

When I was shown the details of the part, it said nothing about increased horsepower. It was clearly shown to increase MPG. Nothing about horsepower at all. I did not do thorough investigation of the part before ordering it, as I trusted the dealership to provide the information to me. A trustworthy dealership would have given all the information. This is why I am complaining. They flat out lied to me. If you go to the manufacturers website, for the part, they specifically say that they do not guarantee any increase in MPG. Unfortunately, I did this after the part was installed and I saw that it stole MPG from my vehicle.If the dealership did not say it increased MPG, I never would have bought it.
I purchased a dodge mini van from the above dealership on 10/2/17; when I arrived home I called the seller of vehicle and told him the problems wrong with the vehicle like it's pulling to both sides tires are worn because it needs to be balanced and a wheel alignment and the blue tooth in the car don't work. I took the vehicle back to the dealer on 10/12/17 and they looked at the car and said there is nothing wrong with the vehicle you can see where the tires are worn out on the sides of both front right tires bill the service manager stated to me he will me at the Smyrna Delaware wawa to look at my tires today on 10/16/17
Mrs *** was in our dealer 10/12/17 We did look at her Blue tooth issue we paired 3 different phones to her car and all work to factory specs . While Mrs ***s was talking to my service writer she had a portable blue tooth in her ear that she was having trouble with .
Mrs ***s then told us she needed tires and my service write looked at all four tire they were fine .
Mrs *** called here on Monday and I agreed to meet her at the South Smyrna Wawa at 6pm .
I looked at all four tires and measured them All four tires are 9/32 across the width of the tire no abnormal wear.
Note : These tires new start at 10/32 , so the vehicle has 15,000 miles on and only wore 1/32 off the tires is perfect .
Mrs ***s is telling me the tires are worn on the side wall, I explained the side wall does not make contact with the ground.
Mrs *** showed me a report that Carl King tires looked at her vehicle and stated that the center of the tire was worn which is not the case due to the measurements I have provided .
I also stated that if you bring the vehicle up to our dealer I will do a courtesy alignment for free . She said I am not driving up there .
The vehicle was certified and under Chrysler Certification the tires must be greater then 5/32 and they are .

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.] I took the car in for repairs and I was told nothing was wrong with the tires and I didn't need a wheel alignment so they are lying check my complaints when I came in for repairs and it will show nothing was repaired also the Bluetooth issue they are lying the uconnect in the vehicle has not been updated since February of 2016 fact you can type in my vin number and check also my navigation system has not been updated since the same date. ; so they never deleted the people who had the vehicle before me, how is it certified? pre owned? I have a bluetooth for when I am not in the car so that is irrelevant to the vehicle . I would like my car repaired but not at that dealership, because they never did the repairs I requested when I went in the first time I complained about things wrong with the vehicle. How can they say they will give the car a wheel alignment now that I contacted Revdex.com, but did not do anything the first time I brought the car into the dealership for repairs, if nothing is wrong with the car like they stated then what are they repairing? I took my car to two separately independent certified tire shops who stated the car is out of alignment that's why the tires are worn on the inside and pulling I have the receipts if needed.

I am so sorry the customer feels this way, I tried to resolve this issue in house, Chrysler has also offered her a Free alignment .
The u connect will update once she logs in . As far as the Bluetooth she needs to update her phone .
