I had an item that I wore once that had no washing instructions on itWashed it on gentle/no spin and it was completely destroyed - stretched to 2x its size with a large holeEmailed customer service with pictures and received this in response:
So sorry about that! We asked to be notified of any damages within days of purchasing the itemUnfortunately, once an item has been worn, and tags are removed, we can no longer accept this item as a return, especially if it has been washedOnce an item is washed, the customer is fully responsible for the productI have attached a link to our return policy for your reference as well
