On early Dec of , I bought 3D VR, to be pick up at the store located on Sawgrass Mill, Sunrise CityI wait for my confirmation email, never got one or any text message, I call the main number on Sat afternoon and they transferred my call to that store they hung up times on meI call again the customer service representative and toll me I can go pick up Monday , still no confirmation email or text message, I show up to the he store , they say don't have in store come back tomorrow Tuesday, again I went there and toll me they will cancel my order , cause they out of stock, why do they didn't call , text or email meBAD, BAD customer services, BAD, what do I will tell my kids?? Purchased an I Pad was told I would get a call in days to a week, no call went up there days later the manager over the IPad area Louis told me it takes to weeksSo I asked for a refund, ask him another question as he answered he turned his head and walk awayThe cashier didn't even speak when I walk up to her I had to speak to her firstEven if I'm spending a dollar I would like to be treated with respect
Not happy with them at all ! they would not honor a price that was printed on a mailer I received over the weekend...they claim it does not start until President's Day weekend but the printed dates only state - prices good thru Feb 20th - floor manager would not honor the $ dollar differenceBelieve me its not the money but the bait and switchNO WAY on that flyer shows when prices are valid - just when its good tillI have not bought an item at BM ever since they sold me a camcorder and it turned out to be used - just repackaged like new - years ago !!!!!!!! buyer beware !!! stick with the big boys like Best Buy - HHGregg even if it cost more - they price match anyways :)

I am utterly disgusted and irate at the way Brandsmart handled the delivery of my Washer Dryer and fridge I was given a time for the delivery on a week day but the delivery was made to the wrong propertyon asking they said it was their mistakeThen the delivery was rescheduled to weekend and given a time between 11am to 2pmAt 1:p when I called the delivery department , they told me that I was added on to their delivery and that my delivery was delayed by another three hours and I should be waiting for thatUpon speaking with the assistant manger which was a hassle to get hold of unless you are persistant , but the manager was very indifferent to my plea and mentioned that he had no control of the delivery departmentAs a customer one would expect Brandsmart USA to keep the customer satisfied until the merchandise reaches the home of the customer, but they stop caring IMMEDIATELY after the SALE has been madeI want to be comsumer who wants this apathy of theirs changed and restore customer satisfaction instead of leaving customers at the mercy of their delivery time and not valuing time of their customerThey compensate the time lost by the their customer each time the delivery is delayed without giving information to their customer and start valuing and respecting the customerThat will be true serviceAs for me , I will NEVER shop Brandsmart USA ever
Brandsmart policy is SELL SELL SELL and once its sold their job is finished If there is a problem afterwards brace yourself their customer service is not there to help, It's a hassleyou are passed around different agents explaining over and over your problem, put on hold for ever, disconnected and start the process again, probably hoping the customer gives up before anything is done I bought a washer and dryer on a Friday night and got them delivered on Monday morning, however there was a problem with installation and it took several phone calls, visits and a whole week to get it fix, and extra delivery charge when the problem was originated by them
I purchased one Amana Dryer from BrandsMart on 02/17/paid for delivery and on my delivery date no dryer was delivered, no call was made to inform me of delivery changesOn 02/23/15, I received a call confirming the delivery for 02/24/between pm and pmI was also told that I would receive a phone call minsbefore the deliveryAt 7:I had not received a call or a deliveryUpon calling the store and speaking with someone in "customer service" I was told there would be no delivery because they had no dryers in stockI work pm - 11:pmI took an off day to receive the delivery (which never came)No one called to inform me that a delivery would not be comingIt is ridiculous to call and confirm a delivery to a customer and then not make the delivery or call to cancel itI lost time off work for nothingBRANDSMART should deliver my dryer for free, return my fee something should be offered to compensate for screwing up my day!

I shopped at BrandsMart for the first time at the Doraville location I found the specific item I was looking for and only wished I had more time to shop My very first meeting with an employee was extremely polite, friendly and very helpful I recieived the same type of service with the other staff members I was sooo impressed Everybody was sooo nice!! I don't know when the last time was, where I felt like I just wanted to go back there for "whatever" because it was so pleasant I do want to go back when I have time to just stroll around, as the store set-up/merchandising just seemed enviting and seems like they have just about everything! 5+ stars!!
I've purchased many items from Brandsmart before, which is why I was so disappointed by my recent experience with this companyOn November 15th, 2014, I ordered a Samsung Ultra HD television online (specifically model UN50HU6950)I was charged a little over $1,for the itemI purchased the item and requested delivery for November 29thI received an e-mailed confirmation for both payment and the scheduled deliveryIn the interim, I discovered the same television for a cheaper price on three different websites, so I requested a price matchAfter repeated e-mails going back and forth, I was finally granted the price match, and the item was reducedSo yes...no major problems there
Unfortunately, on November 28th, the day before my scheduled deliver for my television, I noticed that I hadn't yet received any notification via phone/e-mail regarding my delivery status for the following dayIn the meantime, I had already been charged for this item via Brandsmart credit card, not to mention that I had already made a payment for the chargeSo, I e-mailed Brandsmart inquiring about my delivery statusThe website maintains that a reply is often provided within a 24-48-hour timeframeI still haven't received a reply as of yetMeanwhile, I actually ended up calling Brandsmart on November 29th, which was my confirmed delivery date, and finally ended up speaking to a live representativeHer tone was short and chillyShe flat out told me that the item I'd ordered was listed as "Out of Stock", and that I could either cancel my order wait until the item was made availableHer tone was more or less, "Oh well, so sad...too bad"I couldn't believe what I was hearingNot only was this an item I'd already been charged for, but the company didn't even have the decency to notify me!!! I finally ended up canceling the order and purchasing a similar TV from Best Buy, who assured me that anything I ever ordered online would be delivered 100% without being labeled "Out of Stock"Go figure
All in all: Brandsmart...your customers deserve better treatmentAnd better customer service

was seeking facial scrubber employee showed me model with sing attached to the stack indicating $14.88, get to register and they charge me $per unit Employee comes up with $sign and tells them $price is correct Go to register and that employee searches price and comes back and tells me his manager "Rosie" refused to allow the $prices because the sign showed another model Okay, Returned both units and see ya BrandsmartRefused to provide the $discount Along with the fact that the employee verbally told me price and then confirmed with sign AdvertisingCrappy Service, Manager Rosie I have literally spent thousands of dollars and can take biz elsewhere All for $ Band Business and in store advertisingTrain your employees and double check your signagewrong move on your part
Unfortunately, my landlord chose an inept and highly unprofessional company to purchase and de my new washer and dryer unitBoth times they have scheduled delivery with me they have been late to show upToday, they said between 9am-12pmIt is currently 12:43pm and they have not shown upUnprofessionalism runs rampant in this companyNo employee takes responsibility for their shortcomings, eitherIt has been a nightmare and I hope to never have to deal with them again
I purchased Simmons furniture (sectional couch, wedge and loveseat) from Brandsmart in Dec When I had a problem with a broken reclining pull and the material is fading and fraying in many areas after sitting on it only one time (you actually see the imprint of a body in some areas of the couch so I have to cover them up with pillows) This problem was sent to Brandsmart in November and I submitted a claim to Brandsmart at that time I had purchased a year extended warranty but this claim was found to still come under the manufacture warranty (this took months going back and forth between Simmons and Brandsmart) I sent e-mail pictures of my problem and have had a repairman out to my home who also took pictures in December Since November, I have called continuously to get the issue resolved Each time I call, I have to talk to 4-different people while they try to figure out who should handle my claim Each time, I'm told someone will call me back or the repairman will call me I have now waited over months to get my couch fixed I would not recommend anyone buying the furniture, since it is poor quality and also not buying the extended warranty, since their service department does not know how to handle situations and has a total lack of follow-up When I purchased the sectional couch, wedge and loveseat, the warranty coverage was misrepresented by the salesperson and things I thought were covered, the repairman said were not, even while I was reading the plan documents to him I'm still waiting for a fix and I STILL have 1/years left to be covered by my warranty I'm concerned about what will happen if I have to use my washer/dryer extended warranty that I bought at the same time I've tried to be patient in getting this addressed, fixed or some other acceptable resolution but this is ridiculous

I took the time to write this in order to express my frustration and irritation over how I was recently treated during my last visit to Brandsmart
I was in the market for a television for my basement so naturally based on past experience and Brandsmart's reputation I decided to see what you all had availableThe 42' Proscan caught my eye being an entry level 4K televisionI researched both the Proscan and the Polaroid but settled on the Proscan seeing as how it had superior reviews and Roku gave it "smart" functionality
My local store that being Atlanta *** *** *** *** *** *** XXXXX) did not have it in stock but accordingly to the Brandsmart.com it was available in Stockbridge *** *** *** *** *** *** XXXXX) I checked several times before making the trek that store is quite some distance from my homeUpon seeing that the TV was in stock I made the tripOnce I arrived I was informed by of your salesman that while there were in fact in stock neither was available for saleWhen I asked why and what alternatives there were he informed me I would have to speak with a manager then stood there with a dumb founded look on his face
I had to ask if a manager was available and if I could then speak to them
The manager who did not give me her name approached after quite some time and after asking her about the Proscan she proceeded to walk me over to the PolaroidI let her know I was interested in the Proscan and she said she would go to the back and check upon returning she said that there were noneI asked about the that the salesman said were in stock and let her know that the website also said that they were in stock that being the sole reason I made that considerable tripShe merely shrugged me off I asked if there was anything that could be done consider that I came for that purpose and the website mislead me as I was open to options or alternatives
She smugly told me I could buy the PolaroidWhen I told her that the Proscan had superior specs and better reviews she began to belittle me and pointed me towards the much larger much more expensive models upwards of thousand or more and told me if I wanted 4k then there you go
I have been in the IT/electronics field for over years and make it a point to stay versed on technologyEducation is fine and even welcomed but disrespect and belittling is not
Still in an effort of reasonableness I asked if the Polaroid could be sold with a Roku at the same priceI was met with more attitudeI inquired if this is Brandsmart policy on customer satisfactionI was told that I am a customer and I'm getting service so there is my customer service
All in all while what made this such an unpleasant shopping experience was not the fact that I did not leave with the device I intended, but rather the extremely rude and unprofessional manner in which I was treatedNo options no alternatives we given by way of other brands or anythingThe closest thing I received by the way of help was an offer to try Amazon.com

I have ordered merchandise from many firms on the Internet or by mail order and none, but Brand Smart takes two or three days, just to process the orderFirms like Staples, Amazon, Radio Shack, And all others I did business, verify my payment with VISA expeditiously and then schedule deliveryI phone them once and emailed them about this odd policy, but no satisfactory explanation from Brand Smart
Never go to brandsmart. I bought a reclynable, I paid $849.00 and now they want to give me $549.00 that can only be use in that horrible, bad quality store. The seat was broken before the year. It took 5 months to the factory to give us a new one. We received the new one in August, in September was broken again, now we have to deal with the insurance or guarantee that we paid.
They were rude, In every call they do not find my purchase, They put me on hold for more that 40 min, after that to tell me to send all the information from the purchase because they have no info of what I was talking about, call back again to see if they received it, tell me to call back again for the solution next week. Next week comes and the same story over and over again since September today is February and nada. SPEND YOUR MONEY IN OTHER STORE, IS NOT WORTHY THE SUFFERING AND RUDENESS FOR SAVING A FEW DOLLARS.
