I received a call from BrandRep and believed there sales pitch only to be disappointed. I would stay away if possible unless you enjoy the sales type with all kinds of promises followed by reasons and excuses. They dropped the price 2 times and in the end I still feel I made a mistake. Would have rather never done but they trap you. Have 3 days to get out when your advertisement won't show until more like 30 days.

This company continues to call me at least twice a week and its been going on for months. I have talked to the caller and the sales rep and asked them to put me on the Do Not Call List and they hang up. The company is selling website optimization and my website doesn't need that. I have discussed it with them many times and pleaded for them to stop. They continue to call. They probably can optimize websites well but they really need work on their cold call tactics.

Our Insurance Agency has been a client of BrandRep for many months. They have done nothing for us except collect monthly payments from us. I would AVOID this firm unless you have money to waste.

Horrible company, made promises and never fulfill them. They tricked me into a contract, I was busy working and they told me all of that and made promises without reading all the paper work and trusting them I said yes.. when I saw that I was not getting a return they said I couldn't cancel because it was a contract. Never got a turn, very poorly made website, just coping a few things from my facebook page. "Great costumer service" bs they are when they are selling to you, after that you see the real the truth.

Brandrep is a good place to get advertising done personally calling and talking to them in person to get add correct is best option I'm pretty happy with them in all .
