Brandon Green Flooring

Paid him cash to put flooring in my bathroom. Multiple places didn't even meet the walls, cabinets, and inside closet was left with flooring that ran up the wall. 24 hours after installation I had water seeping up through the tile where he had loosened the bolts to the toilet and compromised the wax ring. I messaged him through Facebook messenger and he refused to come and fix the issue. It was a Friday evening and I had to call a plumber out to replace the ring. Several days later when I messaged him he had excuses not to come (van's transmission went out, couldn't get it fixed, second vehicle in the shop also). Weeks later he sent me a message stating he hadn't forgotten me, since then absolutely nothing from him. Messaged him without response.
Plumbers aren't cheap on a Friday evening to repair what he damaged. He hadn't even tightened the bolts back to the floor.
