The owner repeatedly lied about the car he sold me. the price, his word of mouth guarantee, his mechanic fees, everything. Car is unsafe to drive.
I purchased a car from BRAndon Auto solutions on 2/16/2018. the location of this business is 3722 Orient RD. Tampa FLorida 33619. The salesperson lied to me about the gas mileage and implied the check engine light would not come on and the car would work for me and would not break down after Purchase. He specifically said the car would get over 30 miles per gallon. He also said it was best to buy a car from him and not from a gas station because those cars break down once you buy them. He told me the check engine light was not on but as I drove the car home from work yesterday, 2/22/2018, the engine light would come on as the car started to stall out twice. This car is also unsafe to drive because of the steering wheel issue. The power steering rack is causing pull and the car is worth the repair amount. ($800) The salesperson also lied about the price. I told him I had 1700 to spend on a car with the inclusion of a new florida tag and tax. While we were getting ready to buy the car he mentioned that he can not include the tag even though I specifically told him the money I had was to pay for absolutely everything and he agreed at least two times before this happened. I told the salesperson, after driving the car and seeing that it was unsafe, to please exchange it with another car and I will pay another dealership fee on top of the one I already paid. He also didnt tell me about the dealership fee, which was a reason the car was more than 1700 to begin with. He did not respond to my request. I believe he made more money off of me than $400 for two dealership fees and is not willing to do any exchange or refunds. I am looking for a refund now because he did not respond to my exchange request, and also because upon further investigation and seeing the other very low business ratings I do not trust any car coming out of this place. He also lied about the price of fixing the car through the mechanic who works next door. When the front door window was not working he said Fredy, of Oceana's auto repair *** XXXXX) would fix it for 30-40 bucks. When I took it next door to the mechanic, he told me it would cost me $150 for the repair. Now that I have had the car checked out, The salesperson has once again told me to take it to Ocana's to fix the power steering issue, instead of "paying a bunch more money" for another car. Other problems with the car are stalling, old tires, oil and power steering leaks, front brakes weak, door handles, trunk not working, and a large hole in the washer tank. I would like a refund at this point because the dealership is not willing to accept my offer of $199 (additional dealership fee for another car sale) and monthly payments on a new car in exchange for putting the $1399 (taxable portion of the vehicle, 1200 car and 199 dealership fee) towards another car. Now I want a refund. This car is extremely unsafe and my mechanic told me I should not be driving it over 45 miles an hour. My mechanic is extremely reputable and told me I had rights under the lemon law, but unfortunately I was pressured into signing an "as is" document. My mechanic checked the car out and made me a print out of all the problems. My mechanic is at S&P Nette's INC. XXX XXth *** XXXXX.

This car is extremely unsafe especially because of the stalling and steering issue.
