Brandie Delisi Photography

I purchased a photo package from Brandie Delisi Photography. After our photo shoot she was hard to get in touch with. I was lied to repeatedly about one thing after another. Finally saw my images and she took some great pictures. Submitted my print order at the beginning of September. Still have not received my images or DVD with photo release (now it's November). Two weeks ago I spoke with the owner (only because her son answered the phone) and we were to meet the next day to get the pictures. She sent a text message 15 minutes before we were to meet saying she couldn't make it because she was too exhausted and would overnight them to me. Still waiting on them 2 weeks later. She doesn't answer phone calls, doesn't respond to emails, and when she does it's all a big lie. When I posted on her Facebook business page requesting that she contact me since I had been waiting months on my pictures and couldn't get ahold of her, she deleted her business page. There was also another customer on her business page who was complainting because they were waiting on their pictures that were supposedly sent overnight.Product_Or_Service: Pkg w/ 15 images with photo release and 15 printsDesired SettlementI would like my pictures and DVD with images with photo release as paid for.

Complaint[redacted] was paid to take pictures, produce prints, and a photo cd. [redacted] will not produce the prints or the cd or even respond to my requests.In March I paid [redacted] for a photo package through her website but the payment was made through paypal. She took photos of my baby in July at [redacted] In late August she sent me a link to proofs and I selected the pictures I wanted her to print. Since then, she has not responded to my texts, emails, or calls.Desired SettlementI want [redacted] to deliver my pictures, especially the digital images of my pictures.
