I took a snowblower in for 3rd time for same repair (pull cord) and had paid $two previous times They ask for previous receipt and I provided it They indicate they are going to cover it under warranty since exact same problem then when I go to pick it up they hit me with a $bill and say they don't warranty parts When confronted on what they told me previously they say "you signed a work order" so pay the $or you can't have your snowblower back I am told new owners who just want cash and don't care about customers at all I wouldn't recommend anyone take anything there as they are NOT an honest and trustworthy shop

*** They won't mention about any deposit or price even you have warranty on your product***I have product under warranty before I drive they didn't mention about deposit, when I went there they ask for deposit and no need to mention you get charged even under warranty*** ***

When confronted on what they told me previously they say "you signed a work order" so pay the $160 or you can't have your snowblower back. I am told new owners who just want cash and don't care about customers at all. I wouldn't recommend anyone take anything there as they are NOT an honest and trustworthy shop.
