I am rejecting this response because: Whatever you have mentioned in the package is not the part of the warrantyYou have clearly written without any catch that 40,miles parts and labor warrantyWhat does it mean? You have not advertised "40,miles brake pads/shoe and labor warranty" as you are supposed toThis is lesson learned now and I will never get rotors replaced on your shop

during our free inspection we feel it is important to let the customer know about everything we find so they can make an informed decision on how they want their vehicle repairedDuring the inspection if there is fluid around the wheel cylinders it means they are in one of many stages of leaking/
seeping and could lead to future failure and or pressure loss which could be unsafeIf we did not give that information and performed a service most customers would feel we did not care along with a host of other issues if a problem was to ariseAs for the rotors we again can only show you what we find and the statement about putting on a bad rotor as to somehow trick people is not even possible as we would have to keep !,000's of them on handI do apologize that you feel you had a bad experience however as a shop we do work cars all day not just once in a while and have gained lots of experience and also have to stand by our work which is not necessary when doing in your own driveway

Our warranties do not cover replacement of rotors because the are a major wear item. We do cover replacement if the rotors are defective. Our warranties clearly state that we cover resurfacing the rotors for the length of the warranty but it does not say that we will replace the rotors. We are sorry...

The 40,000 mile parts and labor package clearly states it cover new front & rear premium original pads or shoes, new hardware on Front OR Rear Resurface rotor's & Drums and a brake fluid exchange on 4 wheels. No where on this package does it state we will replace the rotors.

Mrs. [redacted] was given a 12,000 mile parts and labor warranty which is clearly stated on her invoice which I will include with my response. The original date of her repairs was 3/20/2016. Mrs. [redacted] expressed that she was unsatisfied with her services so our district manager offered her a refund...

if she brought our parts back so that we may turn them back in to the parts supplier we bought them from, so that our company could receive our money back for the parts. Mrs. [redacted] has been driving around on these parts for over a year now. We cannot honor our original agreement because Mrs. [redacted] has surpassed her warranty. She has also used these parts to the extent of their life so we are unable to return them to our vendor for our refund. We have done our very best to work with Mrs. [redacted] but we have not heard anything from her in almost a year. At this time we do not feel that any type of refund is necessary due to the fact that Mrs. [redacted] has surpassed her warranty and has been using our parts on her vehicle for over a year. We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused this customer but our decision is final.
