I ordered a free trial including one bottle of brain organix. They sent me a second bottle which I am trying to return and get a refund. I have tried going to website and contacting their customer service phone number and email. Both of them do not work.

I purchased 5 of Intelligence RX Cognitive Support and 3 of Intelligence Blood Flow Complex on 9/21/2017. After using the products according to instruction for a month I did not feel any difference that they claimed. I called to request return authorization and was offered a 50% discount if I would keep it, but I declined and said that I would rather return the remainder of the products. I was given a return authorization number and was to return the product to P.O. Box 41542 St. Petersburg, FL 33743. I mailed it out on 11/2/2017 by priority air mail. After 2 weeks had passed, I checked if I had been credited for my return, but found that no credit was issued. I called Intelligence RX to ask if they had received my return, and was told that they did receive it. When I gave them the address that I mailed it to, I was told that the zip code was wrong that it should be 33710. I received an e-mail from USPS saying that they were not able to deliver my box. On 12/1/2017 I got my box back so I re-mailed the box to the same address but with the correct zip code. A few days later, the box was returned to me because they were unable to deliver. I called them to find out what should the correct address be and was told that it was now too late for me to get a refund. They said that it was past 60 days so they cannot do anything for me.
