I paid a $100 deposit to learn how to do stitch braiding. On the flyer, the business owner stated that "hands-on w/ live model" was included in the course. Less than 24 hours before the class, she asks if I have a model. After stating I did not and her flyer stated they were included, she got upset and stated, "it's impossible got me to find everybody a model every Sunday" AFTER she clearly states in her FLYER that they are included under the "Course Includes" section! I brought to her attention that she needed to be clear with what she meant then and that as a result of her unprofessional manners and rude attitude towards a paying customer, I no longer was interested in her course. I stated that I was not going out of my way to meet or do anything extra outside of what was stated on the flyer and if that'd be a problem, she could refund my deposit and cancel my spot. She said she'd refund my money, yet not only has she not done so, but she's blocked my phone number. I'll be escalating this with the FTC as a fraud because of the lack of business etiquette "hairstylist" like this have is beyond ridiculous
