Brafton, Incorporated

I was sent notice four times by Accounts Receivable Specialist, ***, on September 11, 18, 25 and October 3, 2017 that I was to be charged $7,980.00 for the Service Period of 20 Oct 2017 to 19 Nov 2017 (one month). My original term of service was 3 months for $7,980.

Since I did not want to accept the changes, I notified the Brafton that I would be terminating services per the agreement. Specifically, Section 11 that states "Brafton may modify these terms and alter charges at any time by Notice, and if Brafton does so Subscriber may give Notice to terminate this Agreement, to take effect immediately before such variation would otherwise take effect; if Subscriber continues to use the Service after such Notice expires Subscriber is deemed to have accepted any such modification."

Per the terms, I gave notice to terminate (Sept 18, 2017) immediately.

Brafton continues to harass me by phone and email for payment for services I have not received and for which I terminated by their own terms.
