We have carefully reviewed both audio and video of the incident from that evening. The customer prepaid $30 for gas but just pumped a little over $24 before stopping the pump. The cashier then authorized the pump for the remaining amount so...

that the customer could finish pumping.
After pumping the other $5 (and change) of gas, the customer went back to the window and proceeded to claim that the $5 was all she got in fuel. The customer demanded that the cashier refund her $25 and a verbal altercation followed. While the cashier DID raise her voice she did not use any profanity. The customer, however, began screaming profanities,which continued for close to a minute before the cashier asked her to leave the lot. At no time did she shut the window on the customer and she did give her the manager's phone number. At no time did she refuse the customer a receipt.
There is absolutely no evidence to support the customer's claim that money was stolen from her and we have had no other complaints about this cashier. The customer's comments about other people behind her (there were 2) saying they
hadn't gotten their fuel is true - but those people weren't complaining about not having gotten fuel that they had already purchased - they were complaining because this customer was keeping them from getting up to the window to buy their gas.

A lady called me and asked me what happend, I explained to her. She said she was going in investigate the incident. A Few days later, she said she found no evidence of my case. My response to her was, If your customers are not believed and you think that I'm lieing, then I'll stop going to your gas station that I've been going to got over 15 years. Maybe your employee needed the money more than I do. If this is how you keep customers, than I rather just pump gas at a different store. Hollyrics replied and said she was going to check the cameras. Since then I haven't received a call back from her or anyone else. It's been about 2 and a half weeks.
