Trailer was ordered with a non motorized awning, there were no holes or tears in this awning at any time When the trailer is shipped from the manufacturer to us (the dealer) it is inspected at tht time When the trailer is serviced or "prepped" by one of our technitions it is rolled out and checked for proper operation and condition, which there is not any indication that the awning had nay issue.When [redacted] had his presentation the awning was demonstrated for him, perhaps with him (hands on) Our "orientation person ( [redacted] ) made only note that a mini blind near the couch would not raise up on both sides, he also noted that [redacted] had a set of keys and we had a set of keys.We delivered the trailer to the campground on or about May [redacted] reported to [redacted] here in late June approximately and mentioned a couple items that needed attention and that there was a slit in his awning.We made a call and email to the awning manufacturer for warranty assistance and were denied any coverage.At the time of demonstration [redacted] initialed our checkoff sheet and awning wind / rain disclaimer and accepted the trailer at that time.As for the acusation that we switched an electric awning and installed a manual awning is denied Any trailer with an electric awning has the side hardward lag bolted to the sidewall of the trailer which IF removed would leave substantial marks in the metal of any trailer and would also have a wire / hole at the front of the trailer to power the electric motor in the awning roller tube ***'s claim that we switched this is absurd and borderline insulting His wish for relief of an electric awning or $2,is denied[redacted] / general Manager?

people there told my wife and I the unit was equipped with a motorized awning, the awning that came with it appears to be a used manual unitThe awning had slits in it the day it was delivered and it was pointed out to *** ***, the awning does not close properly, and on 8/31/the strap used to pull out the awning brokeThe unit is now not operable, is there no warranty? The unit needs to be replaced, again, is there no warranty? I can't open it Regards,
