Bracy & Thomas

I've been waiting for over a year to get a FEMA elevation study through FEMA. I can't get Bracy and Thomas to even call me back. I've been calling twice a day for the past week trying to figure out what the status of my case is, but nobody will talk to me aside from the receptionist. They didn't submit/had an issue with my original FEMA study and didn't realize it until I called asking about the status of it 10 months later. I would rate them higher if I could just get a call back with the status, but I haven't been able to get ANYTHING out of them. My flood insurance renewal is coming up, and my house is high enough and does not need it. I can't get my case moving and I am incredibly frustrated.
They did the same thing with my neighbor and instead of bugging Bracy and Thomas, he just went and found someone else.

Bruce S promised me work in August. After numerous calls and further promises, I finally received the work in December after I threatened to complain to the Revdex.com about them. This company is popular with the large real estate developers but if you are a private landowner and need help with a survey, you will be a small job and not a priority for them. I would not recommend using them as the months of delays cost me much thousands of dollars and problems with a neighbor.
