Brackert Construction

I hired Harold H as the contractor to redo my roof. Unbeknown to me, Mr. H does not hold a license in Sumter County and hired a subcontractor, Mark B to redo my roof. When the roof was completed, I advised Mr. H of certain things that were not done correctly and needed to be corrected before payment would be made. To date, nothing has been done. I have been continually trying to contact Mr. H via text message, phone calls, mail and certified mail, which recently was returned to me, in hopes of having the issue resolved and Mr. H has never responded to any of my efforts. Mr. B retained an attorney, C. Gene S and put a lien on my house for payment. I never signed a contract with Mr. B, as he was hired by Mr. H.
