was hired to install fake grass he installed patches of outdoor carpet I asked him to return and install the grass I paid for he returned took the grass left me with dirt .Hes refused to complete the work and damaged my backyard
Here is the response to the paperwork that was filed against me I do need to let you know I exhausted all of my options as far as returning any of their money or fixing the final product I bought a portion of the material that was going to be used to see if they would like it and they did not have an issue when the job was completed she had the chance to say something if she didn't like it she handed me the money and I left and then her daughter got involved even up to this point I was still willing to spend money out of my own pocket to try and make the customer happy but when her daughter got involved and started making threats that's when I cut all communication off.
I am rejecting this response because:
He is lying and I was not happy with the job I have all the text messages printed out if you would like me to forward them. It proves hebis lying. He said he was going to fix it and never returned to my residnence. He is not being honest.
