Review: 10/**/2015 ordered parts from website. Gave CC number and received an email sales invoice. Have not received items, so tried to contact this business. None of their phones work-not the phone listed on the invoice, not the phone listed on their website, not the phone I got from 411. I did not see the charge come through, but I wanted to cancel this since I was forced to order part elsewhere. I also tried to contact them at [redacted]. I received an email in return saying I would hear from them soon, but haven't.Desired Settlement: Other than curiosity why a seemingly legitimate business isn't answering any phones or emails. I just want to make sure I will not be charged anything and they should cancel my order number [redacted].

Review: Ordered a dryer part on May **, 2015, paid with credit card and have not received item. I emailed them with no response. I have attempted to contact the company but the phone number on the invoice is not a working number and the 1-800 on the website goes to a vacation rental company. I have no way to contact this business.Desired Settlement: refund my money
