BP Gas Station

: I was shopping at BP gas station at *** Blvd Pembroke Pines, FL XXXXX. The incident happened on 2/3/20 at 8 PM.First of all, some lady was sitting outside smoking a cigarette, sitting down in front of the pumps talking on their cell phone. I was trying to buy some items and the cashier was having problems ringing it up. so she requested help from the lady (which I found out was an employee) that was smoking to help her ring it up. In the meantime, I was adding stuff to buy since it was taking so long. I put it directly on the top of the other items and she told me it was about $7. So I was like did you ring up these items to because I knew it would cost more. She said no and I said no worries, I put the snack back. She ten started accusing me of stealing it. I thought she was joking but then she accused of me stealing again when I asked her if she ringed up the drink. So then I realized it wasn't a joke and I asked her if she was being serious and she said, YES with an attitude embarrassing me in front of the other customers. I never felt so humiliated. I am actually a Registered Nurse and I make about $50/hr and trust me, I don't need to steal anything and deal with that type of behavior and treatment. I ended up not buying anything. I told her to cancel that transaction. First of all, its dangerous to smoke at a gas station in front of the gas pumps and then she comes in and has a bad attitude accusing me of stealing. I would like to speak to the manager ow owner of this gas station but the number on google is not a working phone number. Unfortunately, I will never step foot in a BP gas station again if this is the way they are trained to treat their customers and to be unsafe for their customers by smoking outside. Unfortunat...
