Mr. failed to install 750 feet of flooring correctly. I ordered snap lock flooring - I received tongue and groove. While I inspected the delivery - I certainly don't have the knowledge to know the difference. Instead of pointing out the mistake and refusing the job - which two independent contractors and the lumber supplier said he should have done - he installed it in a totally incorrect manner. In less that 2 months all the boards started separating. Mr. refused to take any responsibility - he is now kicked off of *** for refusing to enter into mediation and the current estimate to fix what he has done is over $6K.
On July 23rd, customer requested by the *** app a engineered bamboo click-lock floating type floors. Accordingly with her add she had the floors and was ready to be install. When I arrived at her place, the floors was not yet delivered. I measured and sent to customer a shopping list (with the correct amount of floors needed, transitions, e amount of underlayment), I sent as well the quote and the agreement. In all documents sent out to this customer had specifically saying what type of floors she was quoted and method of installation. We perform the installation for this customer and she left a 5 start review on us, we even help on the cleaning project, moving furnitures, covering wall holes... Her floors costed to be install 2k and she requested a invoice of 2.700 to sent to her insurance to pay extra for her cleaning. Anyways, we perform the installation like our agreement, in any moment the customer provided any documents about the floors, we only find out about the floor description few weeks ago when customer sent to our email.Customer did not bought the Tonge and groove like she said above (customer sent to me few weeks ago lumber liquidator order confirmation). As I explained to this customer, we can not be blame because she bought a wrong product. we have the pictures of all the work, her review, her emails, her shopping list confirmation receipt, her agreement signature and phone calls recorded. Customer still want to blame us for her mistake. Unfortunately due the customer dishonest behavior, the anger, the will to destroy my business reputation and make me loss income we decided to give all the documents to our laywer and handle his case will be in court.

I did not even see that you had reached out to me in email Mr. response is inaccurate, and the matter has not been satisfied. I did not intentionally by the wrong flooring I was however sent the wrong flooring. I inspected it for damage but I wouldn’t know the difference between tongue and groove and snap lock flooring if it hit me in the face. That is why I ordered on the phone to ensure I was getting the right product and that is why I hired flooring professional. I have had one professional and one independent inspection of the work and I was told by both that he should’ve recognized the error immediately on my behalf and he should’ve refused to do the job with the products supplied. Tongue and groove flooring apparently Hass to be glued or nailed. It should never be free floated on top of underlayment. I have never been angry But certainly disappointed. It was actually Mr.’s Idea to combine the flooring invoice with his wife’s cleaning invoice it didn’t matter to me as insurance would’ve taken them together or separately. I am still without a correctly installed floor. And because Mr. Either chose to install it incorrectly or didn’t know better is on him as a flooring professional

We did not choose to install the flooring as click floating method, that is what we agreed on our conversations on thumbtack? shopping list, quote and agreement provided to you and signed by you. You did not purchased the correct floors and is not part of our responsibility help you purchase the floors. If you needed help on this you could request or pay to my self to provide the materials. When we went to install the floors we did had any information about the floors, if I had on hand the information I will certainly check and bring up a red flag for it. The entire documents is sent to our lawyer and this issues will be handle in court. You already made way too many damage to our image and income and this has to stop.
Extremely professional, efficient and accommodating. Flooring and molding was perfectly installed. Rick made our whole experience easy and successful. We love the flooring. We already asked for a return job
Melissa and Kasia are simply the best! They have been cleaning our home and for families in our building for several years and are exceptional -- professional, efficient, thorough, and friendly. And on top, the are very accommodating. For example, they took on the challenge of cleaning our cast iron fence and it looks brand new! It looks so good, in fact, our neighbor commented on it!
