To whom it may concern, yes there were delays in the plates being deliveredThe paperwork for this particular deal was sent out with the incorrect vehicle's fileWe realized that and have submitted for new documentsThis takes some time and unfortunately this process is not one that we are able to speed upWe have been in contact with the client and he has been understanding and patient Thanks for your time
To whom it may concern;
Our first contact with the clients face to face was with Mr*** wife, she test drove the car and from there put a deposit on itAt first we were under the impression that she was going to be registering in WALater Mr*** informed us that it will be in
PA, which we said that this should not be a problem because we do title transfers all over the statesWe ran into some issues because it was difficult to get a hold of anyone at the PADOTSearching online we were told that we needed an MVto complete the transaction, but apparently there was no PDF online to printLong story short it took some time going back and forth with the state of PA, it took longer than I thoughtYes, we could have been better on communicating to Mr*** as to where we were in the process, but we were working on itIn the end we registered in WA because there were too many hoops to jump through. It was never, nor has it ever been, our intention to stall a car dealWe try to get it done as quickly as possible, but there are circumstances that we have to work through to make that happen and unfortunately that may take some timeWe will work with our team to come up with solutions faster
As for the reconstructed title, we did let Mrs*** know that it was reconstructed and we have a signed purchase order showing that it was disclosedAlso, our website ads state if a car is a branded title or not. I have attached the purchase order with the signatureWe apologize if there were any misunderstandings
Thanks for your time in this matter
