Review: I purchased a used RV privately on 6/18/13 and took it to [redacted] RV Center on 6/19/13 to obtain an estimate on service work. I inspected the RV with Mr. [redacted] . and demonstrated to him that the front cab-over window could be pushed out from the frame with light pressure and my primary concern was sealing the rv from the water leakage standpoint. I was given an estimate of $850-1,150 to seal the roof, front cab-over including all windows and installation of interior finish paneling. I was told to bring the RV in for repair for work starting 7/1 with and estimated completion date of 7/3/13. I discovered the RV needed additional sealant work on both sides and the rear so when I dropped the RV off for the service work on 6/29/13 I discussed the additional work with Mr. [redacted] . and he felt the job could be completed for $1,500 or less. I told him to go ahead and complete the entire sealant work of the RV and if he ran into any problem and was to exceed the estimate to phone me. I was informed on 7/6/13 I could pick the RV up as it was finished.Desired Settlement: full refund

? I have read the entire complaint issued by Mr [redacted]. As you have heard so many times, there are two sides to every story. The issue at hand regards a “Desired Settlement”. Mr [redacted] Stopped {payment on his credit card which means he did not pay for any of the disputed or for non disputed repairs including labor and parts. Boyer RV Center will not pursue any attempts to collect money from Mr. [redacted] regarding repairs to his RV, therefore we consider this matter closed.
