Boyd's Custom Remodeling

Unreliable, showed up 2 weeks late, never called. Way overpriced and used "used material" for work. Would not recommend nor will reuse this contractor Not Recommend

My wife and I recently purchased a home, and wanted to have tile, and hardwood flooring installed. We contacted Boy's Custom Remodeling, after exhausting search on the internet. [redacted] arrived on time to provide estimate, as well as feedback on our ideas. He was courteous and professional, but displayed a passion and enjoyment in his trade rarely seen in this day. Work was scheduled to begin shortly after first meeting. Prior to start date, [redacted] was in contact with us confirming materials, and incidentals. Work began promptly as agreed. [redacted] and his crew arrived on time, and reviewed work to be done, as well as process. Fortunately we had yet to move in to residence, which gave his men an easier task. We were also in process of other tasks around home simultaneously, I. e. painting. [redacted]'s crew seamlessly was able to work with and around us. [redacted] encouraged us to be part of the process, through observing, photos, and good lines of communication. The overall quality of his workmanship is top notch. [redacted] and his staff were a pleasure to work with, and their overall pride in their craft was a pleasure to see. The project was finished ahead of time, and on budget. Unfortunately the day after completion, the "professional" movers had caused damage to new wood flooring. We contacted [redacted] regarding repairs, which he had completed immediately.

We would gladly recommend his service. In the words of my wife, [redacted] is the only contractor we will use.
