Review: I have had multiple exchanges with this company dating back over a year. Overall the interactions have been acceptable with some quality issues both on the supply of parts as well as with services provided. Most of these have been resolved however it is for that last purchase that I am filing this complaint.I have purchased an upgrade brake kit for my BMW R100 RT of which it is my impression as a Mechanical Engineer and motorcycle enthusiast that I have received the wrong part for either the front or the left disc (front rotor). Upon my query to Mr. [redacted] from Boxer Metal, to my surprise I received the following email response."You seem to have a preconceived notion of what parts should look like and how things should work without having the full knowledge of what it is. You are condescending in your emails and very demanding. We don't think this way nor do we have customers that think this was. With this said. Enjoy your build and please take your business elsewhere. All further emails will be directed to our Spam folder.Sincerely, [redacted] and [redacted]"I would like the Revdex.com to assist me in reminding Mr. [redacted] that the parts sold by Boxer Metal to me hold a warranty from the seller and if not he has to transfer the OEM Warranty to me by disclosing the original manufacturer and part numbers so I can establish this relationship directly - if he choses to transfer the warranty.I would like to make clear that I would like to reach an fair settlement, however front brakes on a motorcycle are no joking matter, and Boxer Metal has never provide me with their warranty/liability policy nor is it available on their web site.Desired Settlement: I would like to obtain the original brake manufacturers contact information so I can establish a direct communication with them and have my questions answered. This might prove that my "requests" to Boxer Metal are legitimate and there fore I would expect Boxer Metal to replace the incorrect part as needed.

Response:

Mr. [redacted] is a bully and a rude person. I have fulfilled my obligation with him. Fixed any issues he has had regarding his motorcycle and do not care to be talked down to, threatened or bullied by him. There are plenty of other companies he can harass and tat can answer his questions.Sincerely,[redacted]
