Phone response - we close at 5 on weekends - they came at 5:05 on a Saturday and asked me to stay open so they could get beds for their kids. they end up getting a queen size bed for themselves. I help *** load it in his truck, no wetness noticed then, offered to follow them and help them unlaod it at their hous, they said no, as they have a sixteen yr old at home that will help. I get a call the next day, *** says they just got it set up, and there is wetness. we have a policy in place that it needs to be inspected and photos, and I set this up with ***. Then I get a email from *** stating no, it is creepy having someone come and look at it. ( Refused inspection) I then offered a deal on beds for their kids ( ones they were looking at), they refused and instead wanted higher priced beds for free.
Ron texted us his responds to our situation, I sent the text. I also texted him about coming to my house not emailed. We bought a King size bed not queen. He was not closed he was open and we were shopping for beds for our family needs. We were just passing by after grocery shopping and decided to stop our first visit. We senr him pics of the bed after we opened the plastic. Ron did offer us a deal on beds for the kids. After he was disrespectful about the bed situation. I declined because we shouldnt have to pay anymore money. If he offered us beds for no charge then that would of been a different. But why should we have to give him more money. He showed no interest in our situation. All he wanted was more money.
