Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:The response from the business is just the invoice for the items ordered by our members Each order was pre-paid by our members with their credit cards This response in no way resolves this problem but just give more evidence to their lack of ability to honor the commitment to us I have tried many times to resolve this problem with BoxServ and [redacted] I have been very patient with giving time for BoxServ to get their act together We just want our merchandise BoxServ has removed our name from their web site almost 100% As stated in the original compliant, we want our name off the BoxServ website 100% Regards, [redacted] ***
