1 box shows as being delivered by An Post, the mail carrier in Ireland. I have provided this information to our customer so that she may inquire locally. She did and informed me that the boxes were delivered but with no signature for proof. While it is unfortunate this has occurred, it is out of our control. Our next steps will be to assist our customer is filing and getting a claim processed. At no point in time were we not responsive to the issues presented, we diligently worked and spent hours on the phone in an attempt to help her find the boxes and get them delivered and will now spend time assisting in the claim process.

forfeitedhis deposit and lost the auction items. After exhausting his efforts for apickup from other local businesses, he contacted us. We provided him a quote,he approved of the pricing and we proceeded in picking up the items, per hisrequest on 6-18-15.We packed the survey equipment to carrier specificationand insured the equipment, in the amount of $2800.00 per the instruction of Mr.[redacted], so if any transit damage did occur, a claim could be filed and honoredby the carrier. On 6-26-15, his packages were delivered by [redacted]. The [redacted]driver who performed the delivery, left the items at Mr. [redacted]’s front door.We were baffled by this as any item insured to this value should be handledbetter by [redacted] , but per this drivers discretion, he chose to leave it at thefront door. After multiple phone calls with [redacted] to figure out how thishappened, [redacted] was unable to provide an explanation other than they were sorryand apologized for this occurring. Fortunately , Mr. [redacted] did in fact receivehis packages with no damage present. At no point intime did Mr. [redacted] express any issue with our pricing or service until afterhe had received his goods. On 6-29-15, we were surprised to see that Mr. [redacted] hasposted a negative review on Yelp and Google+ and Revdex.com. He stated that we grosslyovercharged him as well as that we never insured the packages. He slandered usstating that we misrepresented his items to reduce our liability, and continuedto say we stole his insurance money. He blames Box Brothers for [redacted] notperforming the delivery in the appropriate manner, which is out of our hands. It is unfair for a customer to use the services of theRevdex.com, Google+ and Yelp to slander us and boldly lie and saythe things he has, all in an effort to obtain the packaging and shippingservices for free. He is basically using these entities as a medium for hisfraudulent claims as he received all of the services he contracted us for as isunhappy after the fact. There were other vendors he could have usedyet he approved our quote and signed our credit card authorization form and returned it to us to process his shipment. Those are not the actions of an individual who disapproves of charges or feels he has beenovercharged. We have offered him a refund in the amount of $122.00 tomatch [redacted] Retail rates per their website and the dimensions and weights of thepackages in an effort to try and resolve his dispute and he rejected the offerand said he would accept $154.00 Evenwhen we try and give this customer what he wants, it is still not good enough. We will continue to resolve this issue as we don’t want any customer to feelthis way but he also cannot slander and extort his desired result by means ofnegative reviews and stating falsehoods all in an effort to hurt our businessand to obtain services for free.
