We have received your complaint a couple times now concerning your booking with us. As previously mentioned several times, we have listed to all the calls that came in from you to our call center concerning your booking and reviewed the two booking made...
by you online. Here is a breakdown of what we have as transpired:
The first booking was made for Sept 4-14 from JFK-FCO & Return.
JFK - FCO 04SEP2017 - 17:20 05SEP2017 - 07:35
FCO - JFK 14SEP2017 - 09:40 14SEP2017 - 13:20
A call came in to make changes and you were not happy with the fee therefore left the booking as it was. No mention that you would make a separate booking.
The second booking was made as a one way flight on Sept 2nd from JFK- NAP.
JFK - NAP 02SEP2017 - 15:00 [terminal 1] 03SEP2017 - 06:00
Come the day of travel on the 4th for the first booking, you were not there as you already left on the 2nd therefore the original ticket was no longer valid with the airline including the return.
As we do sympathize with the loss of the ticket value, this is not something that we have done in error. The bookings were made by yourself. If the exchange of your date was done as suggested by our agent, this could have been avoided.
There is nothing we can offer in this case, even if you continue to email all in the company unfortunately as we are not at fault here.

the airline and not from JustFly. We have offered to waive our Modification Fee and we have already refunded the Seat Assignment fee. There is no further refund we can offer as we need to abide by the airline rules and there are no medical provisions for these.

I reject this because I followed your advice and purchased the insurance with the ticket. I did not see it was non refundable, but on the left side of the page there are multiple options from changing ticket to cancelling. One does not know they cannot until they try. This was a medical situation. I also contacted Internet. They were as unresponsive as Just fly. Also unable to give supervisors names, address to contact the business, names of CEO to contact, business phone number. Just fly reps we're even more elusive. I sent all of the emails. The only response I received from justfly was a response to another complaint to a *ediator that was complete and utter lies. They said I was offered a standby flight and I refused. I was told specifically by [redacted] Airlines agent [redacted] that I could not and would not be put on standy by ** and that justfly had to do it.She even spoke on *y cellphone to the justfly agent and told him that. If I were offered a standby flight, why would'nt I take it instead of spending an extra 1,000 dollars on two tickets home and hotel fees etc.?

The travel credit is valid from one year from the...
issuance date, March 18, 2019. The airlines policy is you would need to book and complete travel before this date or the validity of the credit is expired.When making any changes with the airline there will be change fees associated including any difference in fare. The credit would need to be applied to all the passengers associated to the original booking, meaning we cannot transfer the credit to another name.
If you would like to use your credit before the expiration date you can call our center at [redacted], or there is also a self serve option online that can also assist you.
