Although it has taken over two weeks since I purchased the tickets, and I will not receive the credit to my account for 6-8 weeks, justfly has agreed to refund me the cost of my ticket.

One of our Customer Care Representatives has reviewed your booking and complaint concerning the travel credit. 
As mentioned, there are restrictions and penalties when it comes to using your travel credit, these rules are associated with the airlines....

The rules of your ticket regarding with Aeromexico when re booking your new flights there would be a penalty charge of 200.00 USD by the airline and any fare difference will apply.The travel credit is valid for one year of date of issuance which is December 14,2018 and travel must be booked and completed prior to this date, and it must used with Aeromexico airlines as they are the validating carrier. There is no further action we can provide here besides assisting with the new booking.

Once again, this was a booking made online by yourself therefore we cannot be responsible for the error that was made on the date of birth. We response to confirm the information our agent already mentioned to you. 
There is no possible refund in this matter that will be offered. If you wish to get help in making a new reservation with the correct information not to loose the remainder of the tickets, then you can return an email back to our customer care representative.

conditions, under paragraph 2 prices and states:You may choose to opt-in to our Extended Cancellation Policy, for $19.99 per passenger, which will allow you to cancel up to a full 24 hours after purchase without subjecting you to our standard administrative cancellation fees.As you booked your flights on the 31st of December 2017 at 4:22pm, you had until the 1st of January 2018 at 4:22pm to cancel without any penalty. Unfortunately as it is past this void period, we are bound by the airline rules of the airfare and cannot cancel this ticket without penalty.We apologize for this inconvenience but we are unable to offer the reimbursement you are requesting and consider the file closed.

The agreed upon price was $237.08 per ticket, including fees and taxes. Then, the price charged was updated to $249. 
 
I did receive a refund on the seat selection, and Just fly was very accommodating to this, and I appreciate that. The bad practice of updating the rate after the site said I "locked in" the $237 shouldn't be acceptable.
 
I require no more attention to this, and I certainly don't expect any more action out of JustFly.. I reported them because of their dishonesty in charging. I just can't accept their response because it isn't fact.

Hello again,
 
This passenger has told us that the claim with Revdex.com was closed.  She has put in a Chargback with her bank and the bank has refunded her the money requested.
 
Due to this we are not going to refund the ticket once more and consider the file closed.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: that is not true, they might have ordered to refund but had stated it takes two business cycles. Please advise them to show me proff of the refund transaction before I show bank statements.
I spoke to [redacted] and told him the same. He nonchalantly said it "might" come in July!
