Bowlus Waste Removal

I have been a customer of Bowlus since August, 2019. I was paying by cash, due to our debit company always denying the charge for fraud reasons. Anyway, I paid my August, September invoice, then my October through December invoice of $20/month plus $4 per month can rental. At the beginning of January, I noticed they failed to pickup, so I waited a week. The next week, I sent out an email asking why they never sent an invoice, and never picked up. I didn't receive a response, so I again emailed them the next week (no one ever answered the phone). I hired another company, and then on January 30, I received an invoice for January through March of $26 per month. I notified them that I no longer needed their service since they never picked up the entire month of January and I never heard back. This morning (February 11, 2020), I walked out to see my trash strewn beside the road and their can was gone. I now have trash laying in my front yard. I believe a phone call or email before doing this would've been appropriate. Their business practice is a joke.
